The Woodspring Junior Football League has issued a statement to all clubs following a number of incidents where referees have been abused during and after matches.

Axbridge Saxon FC has a strict policy on matters such as this and our Code of Conduct, signed by every player upon registration, makes it very clear that the abuse of officials, players and opposition is simply not acceptable.

Thankfully we have a very record in this respect but it is always worth making our position clear. We would like to thank all players and parents for their continued support and positive attitude.
